Project Information

This project involves the complete upgrading, extending, retrofitting and modernising of the 120-year-old St Michael’s Hall, Cootehill. The redeveloped Space will extend the existing 417sqm to 1,620sqm and deliver a community space that is available for hire to any club, business or family who wishes to use it.

Planning permission has been granted for the project and delivery costs have been calculated at 6.8million. It is a significant and ambitious project, but will be an enormous contributor to the town from a social, business and amenity perspective.

Significant efforts are ongoing to secure substantial funding from European, national, regional and local grant aid competitions. With the help of your contributions, this fundraising effort will provide the required match funding to any such grants awarded.
